No, my condo complex does not allow extra pets or boarding.
The meet-and-greet is where we will start our business relationship.
This can be done at check pickup or at a convenient time on your vacation return. I generally give clients a few days to wind down on arrival home.

Getting to our clients’ homes to see to their pets’ welfare is our paramount concern Should roads become impassable for AZ PP to visit your home safely, we cannot offer refunds or credits for these situations. If local weather reports predict poor travel conditions for a longer time span, we make an arrangement with clients for extra food and water to be left out for their pets in case safe travel is prohibitive the following day

Per numerous experienced veterinarians regarding the timing of administering various feline medications. there is typically some flexibility in the timing, i. e. 10-12 hours for insulin dose. AZ PP is careful to follow these veterinarian-approved time spans.
We accept check or cash payment. Payment via cash/check is accepted. I have a personal bank account dedicated to AZ PP, but it not the type of account requiring several tractions a month. If the bank sees an “AZ PP” endorsement,, it will be refused. All checks must be made out to “Helene O’Neill”. Electronically, I do Paypal. Time is negotiable at meet-and-greet.
